At NAI Optimum, we continue to think outside the box and are always looking for new innovative ways to lead the commercial real estate market. For our most recent venture, we have begun using RC controlled aerial drones to take footage (videos and stills) of various properties and city development and infrastructure projects.
We are excited to be working with the City of Waukee to shoot bi-monthly aerial footage of the highly publicized Kettlestone project, which includes the new I-80 interchange and Grand Prairie Parkway. The videos provide the City with an up-to-date birds-eye view at the status of the infrastructure and roadway improvements. The City will use our videos for their meetings with the DOT, contractors, developers and future tenants. The goal is to create a database of videos that can be time-lapsed to show the progress over a defined period of time. We look forward to our relationship with the City of Waukee.
As the drone becomes more integral to our business, we will continue utilize the "equipment" to show our clients a unique perspective of their real estate. As the first central Iowa commercial brokerage firm to use a drone, we believe we can provide a competitive advantage to our clients, giving them a real-time analysis of a piece of ground, buildings, farms, construction projects, etc.
We thank you for your business and look forward to helping you with your commercial real estate needs. Our videos are available to view on our YouTube channel: NAIOptimum.
